Gen Z vs. TV Addiction, who wins??

Look, as a Gen Z individual, I can swear to you that I don’t have a tv addition* (As long as you don’t ask about my social media habits hehe). But it is true that since the commercialization of television sets in the late 1930’s, kids and young adult’s tv watching habits have changed drastically. According to a Media Post article, of 18-24 year olds, “78% are streaming TV content regularly” and of the “67 million Gen Z-ers — those between the ages of 18 and 24 — in the U.S. Ninety-two percent of them own a TV set, and 76% own a gaming console.” I would encourage everyone who reads this to consider your own tv watching habits and consider if they are simply a hobby or are an actual addiction.
