MOTHER is an Ad agency that was founded in London in 1996 around a kitchen table while eating lunch. They wanted to break free from the shackles of traditional agencies and are 100% independent. We saw this in full force in their new New York office where we got to meet every intern and C-suite executive that was in the office. MOTHER was a different agency experience for me because during my research on them I didn’t truly realize what they meant by being an independent company until I saw the company culture and some of the work they did. Their work that stands out to me includes their What We Value Shouldn’t Cost More campaign and their¬†Blood is Blood campaign. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my time at MOTHER New York and can’t wait to continue to see what they make.
