MOTHER is an Ad agency that was founded in London in 1996 around a kitchen table while eating lunch. They wanted to break free from the shackles of traditional agencies and are 100% independent. We saw this in full force in their new New York office where we got to meet every intern and C-suite executive that was in the office. MOTHER was a different agency experience for me because during my research on them I didn’t truly realize what they meant by being an independent company until I saw the company culture and some of the work they did. Their work that stands out to me includes their What We Value Shouldn’t Cost More campaign and their Blood is Blood campaign. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my time at MOTHER New York and can’t wait to continue to see what they make.
